Australian airline replace 1 300 BlackBerry with Apple Smartphone

 

1 300 BlackBerry provided to Qantas employees will be replaced by an iPhone with the key economy of $ 1.4 million.

Qantas, the Australian airline, announced that they would replace its fleet of terminals BlackBerry offered to its employees by iPhone. The decision was made as result of a survey where staffs prefer the Apple Smartphone.

Are total of 1 300 BlackBerry which will be sidelined. Qantas said they believed save an average of 1.4 million at the end of this program. "The savings will be through simplification of the infrastructure supporting the terminals, terminals themselves and agreements for data packages with our suppliers," said the airline cited by Reuters. A new blow to RIM already partly replaced in the American administration, and in leader companies, such as Dell.
